Background
During the FIFA World Cup 2022, Power International Holding launched Al Maha Island in Lusail as a premier entertainment destination featuring beach clubs, dining, rides, and attractions. To support this large-scale visitor experience, the island required a digital platform that could enable seamless discovery, booking, payments, and access across every venue.
Robosoft partnered with the client to design and build a fully integrated digital ecosystem connecting customers, merchants, and operations teams across the island.
The challenges
Addressing the
critical gaps
The solution had to be designed, built, and deployed within weeks before the FIFA World Cup launch.
Customer, merchant, and operations applications had to work together as a single unified system.
The digital platform needed to integrate seamlessly with entry gates, POS systems, and existing on-island infrastructure.
The system had to evolve beyond a tournament application into a scalable lifestyle platform.
