We are seeking a Machine Learning - focused Senior Data Analyst to design, develop and deploy advanced analytical and predictive models for retail/commerce use cases. The role requires strong ML expertise supported by solid Python and SQL capabilities to operationalise data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

•    Develop and deploy machine learning models for retail/e-commerce use cases such as forecasting, segmentation and recommendations. 
•    Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. 
•    Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation to improve performance and accuracy. 
•    Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for efficient data extraction and transformation. 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions. 
•    Implement MLOps practices, monitor model performance and build dashboards/visualizations for stakeholder reporting.

Requirements:

•    Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning model development and deployment
•    Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, ML libraries)
•    Advanced SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions, query optimisation)
•    Experience working with large-scale structured retail datasets
•    Strong understanding of statistics, model evaluation metrics and feature engineering
•    Retail / E-commerce domain experience
•    Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
•    Experience with model deployment and MLOps practices
•    Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
