How we built Titan World: India’s premier online shopping app for
watches
Background
platform, brings a vast range of watches and smartwatches to customers worldwide. Robosoft was tasked with crafting a mobile app to
boost Titan’s e-commerce reach, drive sales, and deepen customer engagement.
The challenges
Titan aimed to maintain its e-commerce leadership with a seamless mobile shopping app. The challenge was to deliver a convenient,personalized online shopping experience while scaling sales through mobile technology.
Additionally, we had to migrate their existing platform from WCS (WebSphere Commerce Suite) to Salesforce (SF) to ensure better
scalability, flexibility, and integration with modern digital tools.

we deployed SonarQube to help maintain code quality by performing static code analysis to detect bugs, security vulnerabilities, and code smells, ensuring cleaner, more maintainable code.
Continuous monitoring
we used Android Profiler to monitor app performance, helping developers identify bottlenecks in CPU, memory, and network usage to optimize app efficiency.
CI/CD
Jenkins, combined with Fastlane, streamlines the continuous integration and deployment process, automating build, test, and release workflows to ensure faster, reliable application delivery.
