Magnolia, a leading home and lifestyle brand, sought to create a first-of-its-kind digital platform for its diverse offerings. It wanted to provide an immersive digital home to its users for all services and content from various categories, including e-commerce, hospitality, home, and lifestyle. Our task was to bring this vision to life by crafting a digital platform for all things Magnolia, offering a frictionless, delightful experience from browse to buy.

The challenges

Magnolia lacked a centralized digital home, resulting in a fragmented user experience. Users interacted with separate platforms, such as an app only for shopping, a network or cable only to watch content, or a website solely to plan a trip to Waco, resulting in an inconsistent brand experience.

Our challenge involved transforming this fragmented experience into a unified, multiplatform journey through mobile app development, website development, and connected TV solutions. The objective was to increase customer engagement and retention through a holistic and well-integrated solution incorporating a full-fledged shopping experience, trip planning features for Magnolia's physical store, and lifestyle content access features for the community of Magnolia fans.
