Aurum PropTech, India’s Largest PropTech ecosystem, sought to create a one-stop digital platform to simplify property listing, purchase, renting, and selling experiences, including intelligent real estate tools. They partnered with us to lead the full-cycle development of the AurumLiv mobile apps and website from the ground up. We delivered an integrated real estate experience alongside a suite of intelligent real estate tools.

To manage delivery complexity, we utilized the Factory Model approach, deconstructing the development lifecycle into a Requirement Factory and a Design Factory. This enabled parallel workstreams across all platforms, maintained rigorous standards, and accelerated time-to-market.
