Invesco Ltd., a global investment management leader with over USD 2 trillion in assets under management, partnered with Robosoft to empower its India arm’s 40,000+ distributors and relationship managers through a mobile platform, one that would replace fragmented, manual workflows with a unified digital experience.
THE CHALLENGES
Addressing the
critical gaps
Distributors relied on manual record-keeping to manage their business, from tracking income to providing customer support, limiting scalability and efficiency.
There was no digital channel for distributors to reach prospective investors, share insights, or grow their client base beyond personal networks and referrals.
Any digital solution had to preserve the trust and transparency of the advisor-investor relationship, a cornerstone of the asset management industry.
The existing platform was built on Ruby on Rails, a legacy technology stack that had become a barrier to scalability and seamless integration with modern systems. A complete re-platforming was essential to unlock agility, support growing user demands, and future-proof the solution.

Our engineering team built the cross-platform mobile application using React Native, ensuring consistent performance across Android and iOS with a shared codebase.
We provided continuous product support post-launch, enabling iterative feature enhancements, bug resolution, and performance optimization based on user feedback.
We migrated Client Access Solution (CAS) from a legacy Ruby on Rails foundation to a modern, enterprise-grade MuleSoft architecture. The re-platforming delivered multi-layer API integration and centralized API governance through Mule Exchange, enabling the client to reduce operational risk and accelerate time-to-value for future capabilities.
