BACKGROUND
CapitaLand is one of Asia's largest diversified real estate groups, headquartered in Singapore and active across 40+ countries. We partnered with CapitaLand India to design and build CapitaStar@Work as a simple, unified platform for coworking spaces and IT parks for the local market. The app aims to enrich the workplace experience by putting convenience, connectivity, and community at its core.
The challenges
Addressing the
critical gaps
CapitaLand wanted to foster an engaging workplace community where tenants, guests, and facility management admins could easily access information and collaborate.
Managing visitor access, parking, and facility usage across large IT parks required a secure yet frictionless digital solution that could work seamlessly across Android, iOS, and the web.
CapitaLand India needed an improved customer support system that captured real-time user feedback to ensure a responsive service experience.

The Robosoft solution
We led a series of workshops to understand user needs and pain points, then mapped feature types against user types across multiple devices.
We created a plug-and-play workspace solution for businesses and professionals that combines 'pay-as-you-use' and Bridge+, a membership community that enables tenants and partners to collaborate and develop a culture of innovation.
We implemented a complete end-to-end microservice-based architecture to develop the platform, enabling independent scalability, resilience, and future-proof modularity.
We implemented Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and QR codes as a smart failsafe, enabling secure access to parking facilities.
