BACKGROUND
DeKoder is a one-of-a-kind election analysis and digital news platform. Among its many firsts, it is powered by Artificial Intelligence, empowering viewers to conduct their analyses independently. Launched in linguistically diverse India, which has 17 major languages, DeKoder is made available in multiple languages for easy access and consumer connect.
THE CHALLENGES
Addressing the

The client required an AI-powered digital ecosystem built from scratch to transform how Indian and global audiences consume election data and news. This involved developing a new website and native mobile app.
India's 17 major languages meant content had to be accessible across linguistic barriers, demanding multilingual text, audio, and video capabilities at scale.
Structure, manage, and present India's election data since 1952 with accuracy, speed, and visual clarity without overwhelming users or degrading performance.
Delivering experiences that appealed to casual readers, analysts, and domain experts alike required deep user persona research and a flexible content model.
