2. What is the recruiting process at Robosoft?
Recruitment is conducted in-house and through Campus. A series of written tests covering language comprehension, technical skills and aptitude along with technical interviews for the applied post are conducted. The candidates then move on to the final HR round, the results of which are made known to the candidate within a fortnight of the HR interview.
3. What are the documents that I will need to carry for an interview?
Your resume detailing your job functions and the areas of expertise, your qualifications and the companies you have worked. In addition, a recent passport size photo, original academic certificates for verification and project reports that adds value to your profile, identification proof, address proof, experience proof (if applicable) will need to be carried.
4. Why does Robosoft make its recruit sign a service agreement?
Our standard service agreement is more like a mutual agreement between the recruit and the organisation. Robosoft spends a large part of its revenues in the training and development of its employees. All this is provided to individuals to groom them into world-class professionals. This will be mutually beneficial and will mainly help the individuals to accelerate their career growth and prospects.
5. What is the selection criterion at Robosoft?
A candidate with a consistent aggregate of 60% and above throughout academics, readiness to relocate and a positive attitude to face challenges with a smile is a person we are looking out for
6. Can an engineering graduate of any discipline apply for the post of Trainee Software Engineer or Test Engineer?
Currently, we consider engineers from the CS/IS/IT, MCA and M.Tech (CS/ IS) stream for the post of Trainee Software Engineer and engineers from the E&C/E&E/Telecom and Instrumentation streams for the post of Trainee Quality Control Engineer
7. Do you give opportunities for Project work to under graduates?
Yes, normally we do consider students for Project Work as part of Campus Recruitment mainly.They are selected from the engineering, MCA and M.Tech (CS/ IS) streams for software development. For others, apply to our Internship program to be considered for an internship at Robosoft.
8. Will I be able to know the status of my resume after I have submitted it?
As a general rule, we do not acknowledge the resumes sent through E-mail or post. However, a reference number is given when you submit your resume online, which you need to quote when you check the status of your resume, which can be done after 15 days of submission.
9. I have been interviewed earlier. Am I eligible to re-apply?
A time frame of nine months is generally given to the candidate to re-apply from the last interview attended.
10. How would I know if I am short-listed?
If your profile matches our requirements, you would receive an E-mail or phone call from our HR department regarding further prospects
11. Please tell me more about the tests.
Robosoft values and is looking out for candidate who are technically strong through a series of aptitude and technical tests designed to check their fundamentals in the platform of their choice
12. What would be the interview process like?
If applying for a fresher position, you will be called in for an aptitude and technical test on the relevant technology on Windows and Mac platforms. This would be followed by technical interviews. In case you are short listed here, you would be going for the final HR interview.

Yes, you can. However your candidature will be considered only when the requirement arises, provided you meet the selection criteria. Till then your resume will be in our candidate pool.

No. Even if your resume/skill sets match two or more work profiles, it is advisable to apply for one post. It is at the decision of the interviewing panel to decide which post you would qualify for depending on your proficiency and requirement.
